Strategy, Change and
Performance Management (a.k.a. creating content for the Communications
Plan)

Information Technology. His focus is primarily on Service Delivery and
Support for IT infrastructures. He has led project management offices,
managed multi-million dollar budgets, created Service Level Agreements,
implemented customer service initiatives and re-engineered
organizations in higher education, hospitality, and travel
organizations.
